2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L with 5R110 Transmission
All parts chosen are OE or OEM for the application. The fluid has the OE Mercon LV approval for Ford 5R110 and 6R140 transmissions. Initially, the 5R110 was factory filled with Mercon SP. As time went on and newer specs came out the Mercon LV was released and approved for 5R110 Torqshift transmissions to be used.

- 1 Motorcraft Transmission Pan Gasket
Some 6.0L and 6.4L Powerstrokes equipped with the 5R110 came with an in-line transmission filter. This filter goes between the transmission and the transmission cooler. Please check whether your truck is so equipped. It is a good idea to replace it at the time of the fluid replacement along with the other filters. The link to the individual filter is below. If your car was not equipped with one from the factory we do have the option of ordering a kit below.
