2003 - 2007 6.0L Powerstroke Parts

If you’ve been troubled by a poor performing 6.0L Powerstroke, the good news is that with a few aftermarket part upgrades, your 6.0L can be turned into a very reliable diesel engine. Upgrading the EGR cooler would be our first recommendation and while you’re doing that, upgrade the 6.0L oil cooler as well. Since the turbo needs to be removed to remove the EGR valve, it’s a good idea to clean your Powerstroke turbo at the same time. Make sure you pay close attention to how the turbo goes together when you’re taking it apart. If you’re replacing the head gaskets, be sure to use stronger bolts such as our race-proven TrackTech head studs. In addition to the head gasket bolts, head gaskets can also leave imperfections on the 6.0 Powerstroke engine block. Replace those old gaskets with new Powerstroke gaskets for a better seal.
