The Tork Teknology OFV020 Adjustable Overflow Valve eliminates all the overflow valve problems in your 94-98 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. The stock Bosch valves are known to lose spring force causing a loss in fuel pressure resulting in decreased performance. While the Bosch unit can idle at 15-18 PSI, the Tork Teknology Overflow Valve will show 25-26 PSI! This will result in better off-idle power and a smoother idle.
This durable plated, corrosion-proof valve is assembled with a chrome ball, high tensile spring, and buna seal, the OFV020 is designed for use with biodiesel, WVO, and diesel fuel. Most will install this valve if they plan on using non-standard fuels in the future. Use this valve on a stock Cummins fuel system that has a stock lift pump. This valve is not for use with Airdog or FASS Pumps.
