Designed specifically for trucks originally outfitted with air conditioning, this kit provides a complete solution for connecting heater lines from the engine block to the firewall.
Kit Includes:
- Stainless steel heater tube — direct replacement for Cummins part #3912086
- Stainless steel heater tube — direct replacement for Cummins part #3912087
- High-temperature silicone heater hose (straight to block) — replaces Cummins #3931522
- High-temperature silicone heater hose (90-degree to block) — replaces Cummins #3957649
- 45-degree silicone heater hoses to firewall connections
- Anodized billet aluminum hold-down clamps, billet aluminum standoff, and installation hardware compatible with both factory and aftermarket manifolds

Application Notes:
This heater tube and hose kit is intended for Cummins 12V trucks originally equipped with A/C. If your truck lacks air conditioning, you’ll need to add a separate ⅝” ID hose to complete the firewall-to-stainless-steel line connection. The silicone hoses from the tube to the firewall may require trimming for custom setups or prior engine modifications.
