Description
Wireless Ignition Module
Fitment
2011-2012 Dodge Cummins 6.7L 24V Without remote start
When the original failure-prone wireless ignition module, or wireless ignition node (WIN), on certain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles isn’t functioning properly, the symptoms are more than just inconvenient – they render the vehicle unusable. That’s because the WIN is an integrated electronic receiver that communicates through the powertrain control module (PCM) with multiple onboard convenience and safety systems, including the keyless entry remote and starter. When the WIN fails, the vehicle cannot be started with the keyless remote and the park/shift interlock cannot be disabled. This direct replacement wireless ignition module is designed to match the fit and function of the original module and will restore the critical communication between the key fob, module and PCM to ensure the operation of those systems and other factory-installed features to original equipment standards. It is manufactured with durable materials and engineered for reliable performance.
- Direct replacement – this wireless ignition module is designed to match the fit and function of the original module on specified vehicle years, makes, and models
- Ideal solution – restores the critical communication between the WIN, key fob, PCM, and the keyless ignition system, and helps ensure the proper operation of other factory-installed systems
- Application specific – engineered and vehicle try-on tested for an exact fit on specified Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Programming require – When replaced, it is necessary to program the code into the new module using a diagnostic scan tool.
