This turbo kit provides excellent street manners, low EGT’s, and increased power without breaking the bank. MPD does away with the troublesome factory VGT turbo for a BorgWarner 63mm SXE turbocharger that is perfectly suited to any driving condition.
This Quick Spool variant of the Budget SXE Turbo Kit is designed for those looking for modest power gains but still want to avoid the problematic OEM turbo issues. Some benefits this kit offers are lower drive pressure, lower EGT’s, and the capability of handling 525 HP with custom tuning and supporting modifications. This isn’t a “cheap” kit; as MPD has redesigned and engineered a custom-made pedestal to a perfect fit. This turbo kit offers lower drive pressures, lower EGT’s, and the capability of handling up to 600 HP with correct tuning and supporting modifications. This turbo kit delivers lower EGT’s, lower drive pressures, and the ability to make 675 HP with supporting modifications. Installation of this turbo kit reuses and adapts the stock exhaust manifolds for an inconspicuous factory appearance. This turbo kit is best utilized on tow rigs, daily drivers, or street/strip trucks.

Protecting Your Investment
Most Turbo replacements are due to premature failure and or poor quality fluids and extended drain intervals. In order to maximize the life of your investment, protect it with quality care lubricants and packages we have created specifically for your truck.
First: You will want to clean your engine and give everything a good baseline with an Engine flush that will help remove deposits and oil sludge from your engine and turbo. Liqui Moly Engine Flush (LINK)
Second: When installing your new turbo you need to make sure for the first few vital seconds of the turbo’s life there is no oil starvation. We highly recommend filling the turbo with Liqui Moly Turbocharger Additive (LINK)
