New Garrett PowerMax for 2011-2016 GMC and Chevrolet Trucks with the 6.6L Duramax engine (LML Code) 600whp with supporting modifications.
This direct drop-in stage 1 upgrade provides 19% more compressor flow than the OEM stock turbocharger and will support up to 600whp. Improvements in efficiency and flow can be attributed to the lightweight forged fully-machined compressor wheel.

Neck & Shoulder pain gone
