To help provide the reliability and durability that International’s mid-range engines are known for, the MaxxForce 10 features precision-machined wet-sleeves that offer uniform engine cooling. Along with six head bolts per cylinder, the engine has cam roller followers to reduce valve-lash growth and four valves per cylinder for lower emissions and superior performance.
